Examination of the theory and practice of qualitative and quantitative social science research methods used in information-based organizations. Creation of data gathering insruments, practice in data collection techniques, and presentation of results. We developed a practical framework for structured problem solving, with an emphasis on techniques and knowledge required to produce research, and the skills required for the interpretation of existing research. Above is a literature review and research plan looking at how homeless library patrons and library workers interact.
